How it is sent

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and there is a coin you want, call 0333 042 8414 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Tracked from the moment it leaves us, and delivered the next working day in almost every part of the United Kingdom.
• Free, whatever the coin is worth. There is no delivery charge on any order within the United Kingdom, and no threshold to reach.
• Fully insured in transit. If a parcel is lost or damaged on the way to you, the claim is ours to make and not yours to chase.
• A signature is required. Nothing is left on a doorstep, in a porch or with a neighbour. If you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card and hold the parcel for you.
• Dispatched within one working day of your payment clearing. Order on a Friday afternoon and it leaves us on Monday.
• A graded coin travels sealed in its holder, and we never open one, so the grade on the label is the grade that arrives. Most of what we sell is graded; the loose proofs travel in the presentation they are sold in, and each listing says which it is.
• The coin leaves the register the moment it sells, so nobody else can buy the piece you have paid for.

If you change your mind

You have 14 days from the day the coin is delivered to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. You do not have to give a reason. Email or call us, and we will confirm the address to return it to before you send anything.

We refund what you paid, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of the coin reaching us. Return postage is yours, and we would ask you to send it by the same service it arrived on and insured for its full value, because until it reaches us it is still your coin.

Do not break the seal on a graded coin. You are free to examine anything you buy as you could over a counter, but a certification holder cannot be resealed: once it is open the coin is no longer a graded coin and is worth materially less. Where that has happened we will refund you less the drop in value. On a coin still in its holder, and on a loose proof handled with care, there is nothing to deduct.

None of this affects your rights if a coin arrives faulty or is not as we described it. Those are separate, they last longer, and they are set out in our terms and conditions.
