Can I enquire before placing an order?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Every coin is a single piece, so the questions worth asking are about that coin rather than the type: what the holder looks like, how the surfaces read in hand, what is on the label. Ask before you buy and we will look at the coin while you are on the phone.
What information should I include about a coin?
Its name as it appears on the site, or the address of its page, which is the quickest way for us to be certain we are both looking at the same thing. Then whatever you want to know. If your question is about grading in general, the FAQs cover what the grades mean and how we describe them.
How do I ask about an existing order?
Choose An existing order on the form and include your order reference, which is on your confirmation email. Add a line about what you would like to know so whoever picks it up can look it up before replying. Delivery terms are on the delivery page.
Can I visit your registered address?
The Finchley address is our registered office rather than a shop counter, so please do not travel to it expecting to view coins. Call 0333 042 8414 before making any journey and we will tell you what is possible.
