Cookies we need to run the site

These do not ask permission, because the site cannot do what you asked of it without them. There would be no point offering a choice we could not honour.

• cc_cart — Remembers what is in your basket between pages. Kept: until you clear your browser storage.
• cc_customer — Keeps you signed in to your account and your Vault. Kept: until you sign out.
• cc_consent — Remembers the choice you made on this page. Kept: 12 months.
• cc_admin_session — Signs a member of staff in to the internal pricing page. Kept: 8 hours.

Cookies we only use if you say yes

None of these load until you accept. If you reject, or have not answered, the scripts that set them are never added to the page at all, rather than being loaded and then asked to behave.

• Feefo — Loads the independent review carousel from feefo.com on the home page. Set by Feefo. See feefo.com for their own notice..
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — Tells us whether an advert we paid for led to a visit, so we are not paying for adverts that do not work. Set by Meta, typically up to 90 days.

Counting visitors, without cookies

We count how many people visit and which pages they read, so we know which coins are being looked at. This is the one measurement on the site that uses no cookie at all: it stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it, sets no identifier, and cannot follow you to any other website. It is run for us by Vercel, who host this site.

Because nothing is stored on your device, there is nothing for you to accept or reject, which is why it is not in the list above. What is recorded is the page address with any query string removed, the website that linked you here if there was one, and a rough idea of country and device. Visits are grouped by a code Vercel works out at their end and discards daily, so there is nothing that builds up into a profile of you. Pages under /admin are excluded, being staff rather than visitors.

Cookies set when you pay

Checkout takes place on Shopify’s own pages, not on this website. Shopify sets its own cookies there under its own notice, and your card details are never sent to, seen by or stored on this site.

Changing your mind

Use the buttons above at any time, from the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which works regardless of what you have told us. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit anything you can buy or read here; the review carousel on the home page simply will not appear, because it belongs to Feefo rather than to us.
