We accept refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The coin must be in its original packaging and condition, including any grading certificates and authenticity documentation.

The coin must not have been altered in any way, and any tampering with the coin or its packaging will void the refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item for a refund:

Contact our customer service team at admin@capitalcoins.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

We will send you a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within five business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Any graded gold coins that have been broken out of their original packaging or tampered with.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different products. If you wish to make a different purchase, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order.
