• The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• The coin must be in its original packaging and condition, including any grading certificates and authenticity documentation.

• The coin must not have been altered in any way, and any tampering with the coin or its packaging will void the refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item for a refund:

1. Contact our customer service team at admin@capitalcoins.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will send you a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process
